The foundation of the investigation of the architecture of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E. ), is the link between literal and spatial discourse and spatial symbolism. Are Emirati or U.A.E. citizens (muwatinun) caught up in historical currents they cannot comprehend? Are supposedly “modal” urban development styles accelerating this process? It is suggested that utopian language and symbolism serve as the mediators of swift social and cultural transformation by connecting historical and urban experience.
INFORMATION ON THE SHOPPING MALLS IN DUBAI:
This is the first chapter of a longer critique of the state-corporate complexes’ utopian self-portraits, in which I examine the anesthetization and emotional appeal of politics. The study gains Importance because Dubai is a well-known location that draws tourists from all over the world. An effort has been made to illustrate what shoppers anticipate from malls.
A set of twenty-two mall qualities are reduced in the study’s data reduction using Exploratory Factor Analysis on a sample of 200 respondents from the city of Dubai, into a list of five understandable elements. According to the study’s findings, Dubai mall customers value convenience, safety and security, marketing focus, physical infrastructure, and ambiance when they buy.
Shoppers give these characteristics varying amounts of weight. When these factors are broken down into their component parts, unique patterns emerge. The research’s conclusions could serve as guidance for the creation and operation of malls in Dubai. Shopping centers that use these information appropriately are more likely to draw and maintain a higher level of foot traffic.
FINAL RESULT:
Malls and other capital-intensive ventures cannot afford to fail. This practice-focused study lowers the likelihood of making poor decisions and suggests new criteria for mall development and management. Additionally, this paper significantly expands our understanding of customer behavior and mall management in Dubai.
